New Carpark 

The project involved the creation of: additional 24 car parking spaces, 1 additional disabled parking space, an additional drop off zone, associated signage, infrastructures relocation, storm water service variation, kerbing, at Driver Primary School. The upgrade required removal of existing garden beds and grassed area. The aim of the project was allow for future growth and facilitation of student arrivals and departures.

Ewan was the Project Manager and Superintendent's Representative responsible for managing the project. He was responsible for day-to-day management of the project to ensure it stayed on track, to budget and to a high quality standard; safety management, financial reporting, client reporting, contractor management and contractor negotiations. Kirsty was responsible for providing strategic direction for the project and ensuring it had sufficient resources to complete the works.

Key Program Achievements:

• Car park completed on time, to a high quality standard and to budget.
   
• A number of unknown services were identified and managed so as to allow works to continue without time variations to the contract.
• Achievement of zero safety incidents on the project.
