Dili Airport Upgrade, East Timor

Dili Airport is the international arrival and departure point for all East Timor air traffic. Due to an increase in security requirements, the project involved the airport upgrade of Heliport, runway and buildings as well as security and infrastructure requirements. Project involved the preparation of detailed design drawing and construction supervision. The project was delivered on time and within budget.

• Infrastructure issues were dealt with using key stakeholder to determine the extent of risk and priorities infrastructure modifications as there were no existing service drawings.
